Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, of course we do! Just reach out here and you will receive a PayPal invoice to pay for your certificate amount. When payment goes through, we will put your gift certificate in the mail. If you need it sooner, we can also send you a pdf via email.
Do you offer a session packages including just digitals?
Fortunately, we do not! Why do we say fortunately, well because what can our clients really do with just low quality digitals? Put them on a flash drive, toss them in a drawer, maybe make a holiday card, or post a few on social media? We aren't just point and shoot photographers, we want so much more for our clients! We want you to show off your artwork, decorate your homes, and give the gift of memories that can be showcased for generations to come. We also want you to know that we have an option for your if that is what you are seeking! Ask us about it.
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course! We take pride in offering our clients a high-end experience for an affordable price, but with our families, bills, and other obligations, it can be difficult to add a photography investment in the mix. If a payment plan works best for you, please let us know. We truly believe in the importance of freezing life for just a moment, taking a deep breath and capturing a moment of your life and your family you will never get back. Do you require a deposit to book a session?
In order to book with MaeWood Photography, clients will need to make a deposit. The non-refundable deposit will go directly toward the package and collection you choose, and will be due within 24 hours of booking to hold your spot on the calendar! Portrait sessions will be booked with a $150 deposit, and weddings are booked with a $300 deposit. We appreciate you understanding the importance of the deposit.
Someone else is paying for our photos, who signs the contract?
No matter who's paying for the photographs, we will always ask the individuals in front of the camera to sign the contract. You'll also be our primary contact and who we speak with leading up to, on the day of, and the days following your photography session.
How long does it take to get my photographs?
When you book a portrait session, we will either meet with you or sending you a viewing gallery within two weeks of your session. At that time, you will choose which ones you want gallery art for. It will take up to another three weeks to receive your art work, but you will receive your chosen digitals!
Do you design photography albums?
Our modern coffee table albums are absolutely breathtaking and yes, we do design them in house. We work with you to include the photographs you love the best to ensure you are happy with your album from cover to cover. Our albums start at $89.00.
What happens if we aren't happy with our photos?
We take great pride in our work and how we provide clients with exactly what they are looking for. If you aren't happy with your photos, then ultimately we aren't happy with our photos either. If you don't like your photos due to editing, lighting, framing, or anything else that we can control, we will be happy to give you a complimentary session within 60 days of your original session.
Are all the digitals watermarked?
No, we do no longer add watermarks to your photos because we want you to be able to use the 5x7 digitals in any way that you would like. We do ask that you always tag us in the photos you post on social media.
